不知道現在開始司法改革會不會太晚...
陳水扁當了將近八年總統，法院仍然是國民黨開的
暫且不論什麼法院還是國民黨開的
陳總統水扁先生，沒能成功改革司法的原因令人好奇
是太忙而沒去做？是去做了但是被既得利益者阻礙？還是其他亂七八糟的原因咧。
不管怎樣，在維護司法的公平正義上，陳總統讓好些人失望了

謝總統候選人長廷先生表示『就算馬英九被叛有罪也會大赦...』
大、特赦將『公款』匯入私人帳戶的人，在我的看法，不就代表謝先生也同意這樣不該罰？
沒去仔細查證這是媒體把話塞到謝先生的嘴裡，還是真的是他的本意，
不過我覺得大概八九不離十吧。google 東森 台灣之音
如果這是他的本意，那我覺得謝長廷先生這樣的講法可能也會辜負了民眾的期待

看來司法改革真的到了不做不行的時候了
到了司法的敗壞真如沈痾難起時，司法改革也治不了
恐怕要司法革命才行的時候，那恐怕會對社會安定造成更嚴重的損害
這應該不是大家所樂見的吧
